Springboard Collective produces interactive, immersive exhibitions. Our projects are highly collaborative and aim to create inclusive experiences in fun, socially-activated environments. We encourage the audience to become the performers and find creative expression within the exhibition theme. Our multifaceted process allows ideas to continually evolve throughout the duration of the exhibition as we invite many collaborators to contribute to a unique lens which participants then shape throughout their experience. In this way, the playful, engaging nature of our projects blurs the lines of the art experience in what we think of as a social sculpture.
Started in 2014, the collaboration is co-directed by Danny Crump, Sarah Dahlinger and Micah Snyder. Springboard has recently exhibited at Flux Factory (NYC), Practice Gallery (Philadelphia), Knockdown Center (NYC), and Little Berlin (Philadelphia).
